Hi, I’m Carey (cb), the hands and heart behind CBerry Pottery. As a one-woman small business, I create each piece from start to finish—throwing, trimming, bisque firing, glazing, firing again, photographing, packing, and shipping (plus mopping the floor).

My love for clay began at age six when I visited my aunt, a professional potter. The feel of canvas in the roller, the smell of wet clay—it still transports me back. Before I found clay full-time, I studied Cell Biology and Nursing, but before starting my dream job, I spent a few weeks working in my aunt’s studio. We worked hard, played hard, and I was in heaven. Years later, at home with two small kids, I found  myself with an unused pottery space. What I first thought was a detour turned out to be my true path.

The desire to create runs deep in my family—I just had to find my outlet. I strive to make each piece beautiful, functional, and inviting—something you’ll connect with every day.
