Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is 10 days from the time your item(s) were delivered or you made an in-gallery purchase. If 10 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the artist.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after from the time your item(s) were delivered or you made an in-gallery purchase.

Refunds

As a small, local business, we kindly ask you to consider choosing a store credit or exchange over a refund, whenever possible. Please contact us immediately to inform us of a return for a refund. Please call us at 719-434-1214 or email us at hello@45degreegallery.com. After you have been in contact with us and your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@45degreegallery.com.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Please contact us immediately to inform us of an exchange. We will be happy to help you find the perfect item or issue a store credit to be used at a later date. Please call 719-434-1214 or email us at hello@45degreegallery.com.

Exchanges can be made for items of equal or greater value. If the new item is of greater value, you’ll simply pay the difference. Under no circumstances may the item be exchanged for another item of lesser value to receive a refund on the difference.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping the item of exchange to you.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit code for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received & inspected, a gift credit code will be emailed to you.

Shipping returns

To return your item, please mail it to: 45º Gallery – 2528 W Colorado Ave, Ste B, Colorado Springs, CO 80904.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning items valued at over $100, you may consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
