Danielle Park’s journey into the captivating world of glass began during her pursuit of a BFA degree at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. While there, she encountered the mesmerizing allure of glasswork, igniting a passion that would shape her artistic path.

After graduating, Danielle found herself drawn to the breathtaking landscapes and vibrant arts community of the Front Range in Colorado. Settling in Colorado Springs, she continued to explore glass as a creative outlet, honing her skills in kiln-formed glass as a beloved hobby within the comfort of her home studio.

In 2015, Danielle’s artistic journey took an exciting turn when she relocated to the picturesque town of Salida, CO. It was there that fate smiled upon her as she crossed paths with Brice Turnbull, a skilled custom glass blower. Joining forces with Brice not only reignited Danielle’s passion for glassblowing but also provided her with the invaluable opportunity to once again practice her craft. This collaboration marked a significant milestone in Danielle’s artistic evolution, propelling her closer to her dream of turning her beloved hobby into a sustainable business venture.

Beyond the studio, Danielle finds joy and fulfillment in tending to her small homestead nestled in Howard, CO, where she shares her life with her husband, along with a charming menagerie of two cats, two dogs, one tortoise, and a delightful array of feathered companions. Embracing the simple pleasures of rural life, Danielle finds inspiration in the rhythms of nature, infusing her artwork with the beauty and harmony she discovers in her everyday surroundings.
