Egg Separator – To separate the yolk and the white of eggs while baking, crack an egg on the rim and dump it gently into the egg separator. Tip and pour the white out of the mouth. The yolk with stay behind. There’s no need to dump the yolk out before cracking another egg; the separator will easily hold two or three yolks until you need them.
