Meet Tom Conter and Amelia Furman at our June 7th First Friday ArtWalk. Both Artists will be demonstrating their mediums and debuting new collections.
Tom Conter lives here in Colorado Springs. He specialized in live edge furniture, wine racks and clocks. Each piece of wood is hand selected for its natural characteristics. Tom adds even more beauty with inlaid with stone like turquoise, chrysocolla and river rock.
Amelia Furman will be joining us from Loveland. Her perfectly balanced use of collage and oil draws the viewer in asking questions and examining every square inch of her paintings. Amelia is a natural storyteller and reminds the viewer that places and objects have many layers of meaning, memory, and beauty.
We hope you can join us on June 7th from 5pm to 8pm.
